So ive been trying to join a few of my friends games for a big heist, you know that feeling when your all pumped and excited but then you get slapped with a message saying you cannot join the game becuase you havent finished the GTA online tutorial (FYI I have finished it).. I can join his session and everything but as soon I invite him to play a race or join my session he's getting a message that he must accept the "Gta online user policy".
